To qualify for one of my awards, your site must meet the following requirements:

1. It must be family friendly; porn or adult content will not be considered.

2. A good website is always under construction but I do not want to see any ‘Under Construction’ signs. If your site is not ready for viewing, please wait until it is finished before applying.

3. Pages must have content; in other words, it must be more than just a bunch of links to other sites.

4. Graphics must be properly credited, whether they are original or from another source.

5. Site must be easy to navigate with less than five (5) broken links.

6. If you have WebTV please let me know so I can send the award html code and not a picture attachment.

7. Site must be in English language ONLY please. I must be able to read it in order to judge it.

When you fill out the application form, don’t forget to tell me which award you are applying for.

If, for any reason, you have trouble with the form, send the required information in an email to fayzworld@hotmail.com with Web Award Request in the subject line.

Every attempt will be made to reply to your request within two (2) weeks. If you hear nothing after three (3) weeks, it is safe to assume that your site probably did not qualify.
