About The Designs

I learned to crochet many moons ago and could follow patterns in either text or graph style. Then I started doing Christmas tree ornaments and I took them to flea markets to sell. Somehow, I got the bright idea that if I could develop my own patterns, the finished products would be originals, and might sell better. It worked! I have designed many Christmas tree ornaments, wall & window decorations, plus other items. The newest design is a line of collector's dolls which make great gifts.

Knitting is something I learned as a child, probably as soon as I was able to hold the needles in my hands properly. I started with knitting clothes for my dolls. When I was 13 I knit my first sweater and wore it proudly. Recently I started designing and knitting clothes for Cabbage Patch Dolls - my granddaughters have them. So I guess I’ve come full circle – back to knitting doll clothes again.
